Diana McFarland (she/her) is the Senior Policy Analyst for ProGov21, a project of High Road Strategy Center, as well as a PhD student in the Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her work in public education is focused on data-based decision making and dismantling systemic barriers to student success.
