Every city is facing challenges in long-term supply and quality, equity in access to affordable and safe water, and asking what types of infrastructure solutions, financing mechanisms, and rate structures can best advance the overlapping municipal priorities while meeting local water needs. This Summit will cultivate a geographically diverse mix of attendees to encourage exchange of innovation and ideas across often disconnected regions. This convening is hosted by the Orange County Water District, an innovative utility working on integrated approaches from its cutting-edge groundwater recharge system to environmental conservation at the watershed scale.
