The Mayors Innovation Project and WaterNow Alliance invite you to join other forward-thinking public servants to exchange policy and program ideas that can help your city chart a more resilient water future using an integrated or “One Water” framework for water management. Over two days, some of the most engaged mayors, water agency board members, utility managers, and select experts will convene at Fostering Resilience: Leading on Integrated Water Solutions.

Every city is facing challenges in long-term supply and quality, equity in access to affordable and safe water, and asking what types of infrastructure solutions, financing mechanisms, and rate structures can best advance the overlapping municipal priorities while meeting local water needs.  This Summit will cultivate a geographically diverse mix of attendees to encourage exchange of innovation and ideas across often disconnected regions. Our meetings prioritize discussion and interaction, ensuring ample opportunity to learn from your peers and share your expertise on integrated, sustainable water management.

Fostering Resilience: Leading on Sustainable Water Solutions will focus on more sustainable water management that builds city resilience beyond water, from economic development to efficient use of other resources including energy and land to more livable neighborhoods. Our meetings prioritize discussion and provide you with policy and program ideas you can implement right away, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to engage with your peers and leave with immediately actionable ideas for your city.
